Five kinds of cover, each explained on its own, so you can decide one policy at a time.

What I Do

Guidance for the Policies That Shape Your Everyday

Most households end up holding several policies that were bought in different seasons from different people. I help you look at each one with fresh eyes, whether you are buying for the first time or wondering if what you already have still fits.

Below are the five areas I work in. Pick the one that matters right now, and I will meet you there. Message me if you are not sure where to begin.

The Five Kinds of Cover I Work With

Each card lists the parts I go through with you before you decide anything.

Auto Insurance

Protection for your car and the people in it, matched to how and where you drive.

  • Liability for injuries and damage you cause
  • Cover for your own vehicle after a crash or theft
  • Your deductible and what it means at claim time

Home Insurance

Cover for the structure, your belongings and your responsibility toward guests.

  • Rebuild cost versus market value
  • Limits on jewelry, electronics and collections
  • What needs a separate flood or quake policy

Health Insurance

Medical cover for everyday care and the bigger bills nobody plans for.

  • Monthly cost against deductible and visit fees
  • Whether your doctors and medicines are included
  • The most you could pay in a hard year

Life Insurance

Money for the people who depend on you, arranged while it is still easy to do.

  • How much cover your household would lean on
  • Term policies versus lifelong policies
  • Naming and updating who receives it

Burial Coverage

A modest policy that handles funeral costs so nobody close to you has to.

  • Typical costs the policy is meant to meet
  • Health questions and waiting periods
  • Keeping the policy in force over time

Questions I Go Through With You

Open any policy to see the questions I ask before anyone signs. Your answers shape which cover I suggest and which I leave out.

Who drives the car, how far, and is it financed? Would you rather pay a higher deductible for a lower monthly cost? Do you want rental and roadside help included?

What would it cost to rebuild, not to sell? Which belongings are worth more than the standard limits? Does anyone work from home or rent out a room?

Which doctors and medicines do you use every year? How much could you handle paying before cover begins? Is anyone expecting a procedure or a baby?

Who relies on your income, and for how long? Is there a mortgage or a debt someone would inherit? Do you want cover for a set period or for life?

What would a simple service cost where you live? Who would handle the arrangements? Is there an existing policy that could already help?

When a Policy Deserves a Second Look

A policy that fit last year can quietly stop fitting. These are the moments when I suggest reading it again, and you are welcome to bring any of them to me.

  • A move, a marriage or a new baby
  • A new car or a mortgage that is finally paid
  • A change of job or of health plan
  • A renewal that costs more than you expected
